- Moisture readings to check for any signs of leaks
- Paint
- We make sure you get the best work possible, if the entire room needs to be painted to match, we will work to get that approved.
Drywall
- If the drywall is soft there is a chance we will have to replace the drywall vs. spraying Kills (to kill any bacteria/ mold growth)
Flooring
- If your wood floors are damaged we will work hard to make sure you can never see the difference after repairs.
- Carpets are a case by case basis and may only need to be shampooed.
Cabinetry
- Our moisture reader will tell us if you have moisture behind your cabinets. We work with all types of cabinets and some of the best custom cabinetry crews in the industry.
Insulation
- We will inspect to make sure you are properly insulated in the attic by code and manufacturer specifications.
Framing
- Our inspector will check to see if any water has damaged your framing.
